These terms apply to your use of huvohealth.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Huvo Health ("Huvo", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Wellness product, not a medical device

Huvo Scale Pro is a wellness product. It estimates body composition using bioelectrical impedance. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. Readings are estimates and can vary with hydration, food, exercise and other factors. Do not use Huvo Scale Pro if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic medical device, or if you are pregnant. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Please read our Safety and use page before use.

3. Third-party app

Huvo Scale Pro works with the Fitdays app, which is provided by a third party. Your use of that app is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the app's availability, features or handling of your data.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (for example suspected fraud or resale), and change or discontinue products. Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Sales tax, VAT or GST may apply and is shown at checkout. Import duties are included, as described in our shipping policy.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm shipment. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide and handled as described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. If we can't ship within the time we stated, we will tell you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Warranty

Huvo Scale Pro comes with the limited warranty described on our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design and the Huvo name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Other brand names on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest, your own, and based on your real experience, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with Huvo. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it with automated tools without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in our warranty and as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the place where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
