The scale
How accurate is Huvo Scale Pro?
Weight is measured directly. Body composition is estimated using dual-frequency bioimpedance through eight electrodes, hand to foot. Like every bioimpedance scale, readings shift with hydration, food and exercise, so measure at the same time each morning and follow the trend over weeks.
Why does it have a handle?
The handle holds four of the eight electrodes. Reading through your hands and feet lets the scale estimate your arms, legs and trunk separately instead of guessing your upper body from your legs.
How much weight does it support?
Up to 180 kg (396 lb).
Where should I use it?
On a hard, flat, dry floor, with bare, clean feet. Avoid carpet and never step on with wet feet.
Who shouldn't use it?
Don't use Huvo Scale Pro if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic medical device, or if you are pregnant. Body composition estimates are designed for adults. See Safety and use.
The app
Do I need an app?
The scale's display shows weight, body fat % and BMI on its own. To see all 28 measurements, your arm, leg and trunk readings and your history, use the free app for iPhone and Android, which connects over Bluetooth. Your order confirmation email shows you which app to download.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for the scale. The app is free to download and use, with no membership or monthly fee.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. Through the free app you can sync your readings with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Samsung Health, and see your latest numbers on Apple Watch. You choose what to share in the app.
Can my family use it?
Yes, everyone at home can. One account supports up to 24 profiles, each with its own history.
Can I use it while taking weight loss medication?
Yes, many people use body composition tracking to see whether they are losing fat or muscle. Share your trends with your doctor. Huvo doesn't replace medical advice.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide and fully tracked. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days to the US and Canada, and up to 20 business days elsewhere. See our shipping policy.
Will I pay duties or customs fees?
No. Import duties are included in our prices, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. Sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can return an unused Huvo Scale Pro in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it at no cost. See our refund policy for details.
Is there a warranty?
