1-year limited warranty

Huvo Scale Pro is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date it is delivered to you. If your scale develops a covered defect during that time, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's covered

• Electronic or sensor faults that stop the scale from weighing or measuring
• A handle, cable or display that stops working under normal use
• Defects present when the scale arrived

What isn't covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, water or liquids, or use above 180 kg (396 lb)
• Cracked glass caused by misuse or accidents
• Normal wear and cosmetic marks
• Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Huvo

How to make a claim

1. Send us a message through our contact form with your order number.
2. Describe the problem and include a short photo or video if you can.
3. We'll confirm the next steps, usually a replacement, within 1 to 2 business days.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state.
