Every order ships free, fully tracked, wherever we deliver.
When your order ships
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and holidays. If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are included in our prices, so there's nothing to pay the carrier when your order arrives. Sales tax, VAT or GST is shown at checkout where it applies.
Where your order ships from
Your Huvo Scale Pro ships directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, which may be outside your country. Your package may arrive in separate packaging from any other items.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We can update it before your order ships but can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived 5 business days after its estimated delivery, contact us at support@huvohealth.com. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
